The Spa Concierge is responsible for personal attention from the moment a guest arrives, educating them on the Woodhouse experience, answering phones with a warm greeting, and acting as a brand ambassador to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment. They are also expected to remember personal details to enhance the guest's experience and support the leadership team by ensuring professional and smooth front desk operations. Responsibilities

Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a unforgettable experience
Answers the phone with a smile and warm greeting
Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special--the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
Provides support for the leadership team, by taking the lead to assure that the front desk activities run professionally and smoothly
