Sourcer, Business Recruiting

Apollo.io
•$91,000 - $115,000

About The Position

Apollo.io is hiring Sourcers to build pipelines for go-to-market and corporate hiring. Depending on the team, the role supports quota-carrying sales positions (BDR, AE, and AM) or non-quota GTM, Marketing, and G&A roles. The Sourcer owns the top-of-funnel candidate lifecycle from initial outreach through handoff to a recruiter, delivering a strong candidate experience while engaging talent through sourcing tools and channels. The role partners directly with recruiters and hiring managers and is measured on speed, volume, and quality. The Sourcer identifies passive candidates, develops outreach campaigns, builds talent maps and target-company lists, and maintains pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs. The role also provides labor-market intelligence, tracks sourcing and conversion metrics, maintains accurate ATS data and candidate workflows, and represents Apollo’s employer brand. Apollo describes itself as an AI-native company focused on continuous improvement and encourages using AI and automation to find smarter, faster ways to work.
