About The Position

Applied Intuition is hiring a Business Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and sourcing efforts for SGA functions as the company grows its Physical AI footprint. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, developing research-driven sourcing strategies, and engaging top talent across business and technical functions. The company expects full-time employees to work primarily from an Applied Intuition office five days a week, while allowing occasional remote work and schedule flexibility. This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of sourcing experience at a reputable software company.
• Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing, or a related field.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience recruiting in autonomous vehicles.
• Experience recruiting in enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-quality pipelines for SGA roles across finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, legal, and other areas.
• Develop creative, research-driven sourcing and talent-mapping strategies to identify top passive talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the qualities needed for each role.
• Collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to provide a seamless candidate experience.
• Use data and market research to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves.
