Business Sourcer, G&A
About The Position
Applied Intuition is hiring a Business Sourcer to lead top-of-funnel recruiting strategy and sourcing for the company’s growing General & Administrative (G&A) functions. The role focuses on building talent pipelines across areas including finance, IT, people, marketing, design, automotive, industrials, and legal. The sourcer will use creative, research-driven sourcing and talent-mapping strategies to identify passive candidates, partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, and work with full-cycle recruiters to provide a seamless candidate experience. Data and market research will be used to continuously refine sourcing strategies as the industry evolves. Applied Intuition is an in-office company. Full-time employees are expected to primarily work from an Applied Intuition office five days per week, with flexibility for occasional remote work and schedule adjustments. This expectation does not apply to contractor positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of sourcing experience at a reputable software company.
- Previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing, or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience recruiting in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software.
