About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch-speaking Solutions Consultant in Bulgaria to provide high-level assistance to premium global clientele in the Customer Support Services sector. The role involves supporting Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels, resolving inquiries and complex user issues, and maintaining accurate case records. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain product knowledge, and participate in team meetings and training sessions. The position includes paid training, health insurance, a relocation package covering flight, transfer, and hotel, relocation concierge support, and a monthly performance bonus.
Requirements
- Native or fluent spoken and written Dutch.
- Valid EU passport.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English for collaboration with the international team.
