About The Position
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking an Estonian-speaking Solutions Consultant to support its client’s Customer Support Services division in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role serves Estonian-speaking clients and provides an opportunity to develop an international career while living in Sofia. The consultant handles customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, applying service protocols to provide professional and efficient support. The position also involves documenting customer engagements and resolutions, reviewing feedback to identify service and process improvements, and collaborating with international teams to achieve customer support KPIs. The role is on-site in Sofia.
Requirements
- Native or fluent spoken and written Estonian.
- Proficiency in English for professional communication.
- Valid EU passport or the right to work in the EU.
- Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.

- Previous Customer Support Services experience is considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Estonian-speaking clients in the Customer Support Services department.
- Provide high-quality solutions to complex client inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
