About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Finnish-speaking Solutions Consultant to support Finnish-speaking clients in Bulgaria. The role involves providing customer support, resolving complex issues, communicating professionally in Finnish, and coordinating with cross-functional departments to improve service delivery. The consultant will use internal CRM systems to document inquiries and track service tickets, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to team goals and KPIs. The position is on-site in Sofia and is intended for someone willing to relocate there.

Requirements

• Native or fluent spoken and written Finnish.
• Valid EU passport.
• Proven excellence in customer support or a related client-facing field.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to relocate to Sofia.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients and provide customer support.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues based on customer needs.
• Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally in Finnish to support customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to enhance service delivery.
• Use internal CRM systems to document inquiries, track progress, and ensure timely resolution of service tickets.
• Participate in ongoing training on product developments and best practices.
• Contribute to team goals and KPIs to qualify for monthly performance incentives.
