About The Position

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Czech-speaking Solutions Consultant in Bulgaria to deliver customer support services in an international environment. The consultant will provide clients with expert assistance, resolve complex inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, and help maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, documenting customer interactions in a client relationship management system, identifying service improvements, and complying with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech, spoken and written.
• Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
