Solution Architect - PreSales

Lyzr AI•Jersey City, NJ

About The Position

The Solution Architect is a sales-focused role, not a delivery role. The position joins opportunities at solution validation and serves as their technical owner through the remainder of the sales cycle. The role works with the Account Executive, Reimaginer Consultants, prototyping teams, Sales Engineer, and Bid Manager to advance enterprise deals for Lyzr’s AI-agent platform. The Solution Architect leads technical discussions about how Lyzr fits into a client’s architecture, systems, and data; deployment options; and integrations. The role supports security reviews, client sandbox setup, technical RFP/RFX/RFI responses, and the technical aspects of business cases as they pass through IT, security, and risk reviews. The position also identifies when platform engineering input is needed and keeps the deal team informed about the status of technical discussions. Lyzr describes a hybrid work structure, with office days for collaboration and remote days for focused work. The company also highlights autonomy, ownership, collaboration with strong engineers and operators, and an environment where ideas are evaluated on merit.
