Solar Sales Representative

Brda Electric•Fenton, MO

About The Position

Brda Electric is hiring a full-cycle Solar Sales Representative to generate opportunities, build customer relationships, develop and present proposals, close solar contracts, and support customers through the transition from sale to installation. This is not a lead-setting or appointment-setting role: the representative owns the sale from the first conversation through the signed contract and customer handoff to Brda’s installation team. The representative will sell tailored energy solutions that may include solar PV systems, battery storage, electrical service upgrades, smart electrical solutions, and financing, cash-purchase, or Power Purchase Agreement options. Brda provides design resources, installation infrastructure, and company-provided leads; the representative may also prospect for residential and small commercial opportunities, including among the company’s existing customer base. The position is commission-based, with no income ceiling and stated earning potential of up to $300,000 per year. Typical system sizes are approximately $35,000–$100,000. Quarterly bonus opportunities are available, and a small base salary may apply depending on experience.
