About The Position

Momentum Solar is hiring Solar Consultants to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through understanding and purchasing solar. Consultants explain solar and battery storage options, pricing, and benefits; answer questions and address concerns; and guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process. The role does not involve door knocking, cold calling, or prospecting. Consultants attend approximately 8–10 appointments per week, with appointments provided and scheduled by the company. Paid structured training, ongoing coaching, and team development are provided. The position offers uncapped commission, with top performers earning $250,000 or more, and opportunities for growth and leadership.

Requirements

• A car and driver's license are required.
• Interpersonal skills, coachability, and self-accountability.
• Strong communication skills and comfort leading conversations.
• Ability to take coaching and apply feedback.
• Self-motivation and interest in controlling one's income.
• Comfort working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules.

Nice To Haves

• Experience closing sales, particularly in solar, home improvement, or other in-home sales.
• Background in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletics, or another performance-based role.
