About The Position
SpartanX Solar is hiring motivated Solar Sales Consultants to grow its market. This is a commission-based sales position for people comfortable speaking with homeowners, generating opportunities, and closing business. Solar experience is a plus; proven success in direct sales, outside sales, door-to-door sales, home improvement, roofing, telecom, or another performance-driven sales environment is relevant. The role involves working an assigned market and surrounding communities and representing SpartanX professionally in the field. OTE is $100,000–$125,000+, with uncapped earning potential. Actual earnings depend on individual sales performance.
Requirements
- Comfortable with direct homeowner interaction and prospecting.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Competitive, coachable, and results-driven.
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Solar experience is a plus.
