This role is for go-getters who want freedom, with no ceiling on what they can earn. The company will provide clear criteria for what constitutes a great, qualified appointment.
Requirements
- Comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers
- Self-starters who can manage their own time and territory
- Go-getter energy
- Reliable transportation to your assigned area

- Prior door-to-door, canvassing, sales, or appointment-setting experience
Responsibilities
- Door knock in your assigned area to find homeowners interested in solar
- Have a quick, honest conversation to get homeowners curious about solar
- Book a qualified appointment for the closing team using provided criteria
- Track your own appointments and follow the process for handoff to the closer
- Consistently show up in your territory
Benefits
- $100–$250 per qualified appointment booked
- $1,500–$2,000 bonus once that homeowner signs and goes solar
