About The Position
Our door-to-door sales team is looking for outgoing, confident people who love talking to people — not closing them. As an Appointment Setter, your job is simple: knock, start a conversation, and set a sit-down. We handle the close. We don't send you door-knocking blind. We target areas with high utility bills or homeowners who've already shown interest in solar — so you're talking to people who actually want this conversation. Full training provided. No solar or sales background required — just a strong personality and a willingness to learn. There is a clear path to grow into closing or partnerships roles on the rep team.
