About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The posting also describes stocking work: keeping shelves stocked, moving products to designated locations, maintaining an organized back room, and helping prepare the store for the day ahead. The position works overnight shifts and may support other tasks as needed.

Requirements

Be comfortable learning and using basic technology.
Follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals.
Be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
