DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and own social campaigns that increase awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of the company’s services. The manager will learn the business and its audiences, develop campaign ideas, create content, manage engagement, and use performance data to improve results. Performance is measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The role manages Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. It develops campaigns connected to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintains a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. The manager creates everyday social posts in Canva using templates and existing assets, including carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video. The role also helps shape the company’s social look and feel, including templates and content formats; advanced design, animation, or video editing support may be provided, while the manager owns ideas, direction, and day-to-day execution. The manager helps build the UGC and creator strategy, especially for TikTok and Instagram, and actively engages with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences. They test ideas to improve reach, website traffic, and conversion; track performance weekly; recommend what to scale, change, or stop; and flag high-performing content for paid promotion. The position involves healthcare marketing considerations, including patient privacy (HIPAA), appropriate health claims, and knowing when to escalate content or comments. Some content requires compliance review before publication. The schedule requires regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.
