DrHouse, Inc.•Charleston, WV

About The Position

DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and own social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of its services. The manager will learn the business and its audiences, develop campaign ideas, create content, manage engagement, and use performance data to improve results. Performance will be measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The role manages Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. It develops campaigns tied to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintains a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. The manager creates everyday posts in Canva using templates and existing assets, including carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video. They also help shape the UGC and creator strategy, particularly for TikTok and Instagram, and actively engage with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences. The manager tests ideas to increase reach, website traffic, and conversion; tracks performance weekly; recommends what to scale, change, or stop; and identifies top content for potential paid promotion. They help set the social look and feel through templates and content formats and own the idea, direction, and day-to-day execution. Additional creative support may be brought in for advanced design, animation, or video editing. The role requires understanding or quickly learning healthcare marketing rules, including HIPAA and patient privacy, appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments. Some content requires compliance review before publication. The schedule is up to 25 hours per week, with regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours; hours are expected to be close to 25 per week during the first several months.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing social accounts with results beyond follower counts and running campaigns from idea to results.
  • Excellent written English and strong social copywriting skills.
  • Strong Canva skills, good visual judgment, and short-form video experience.
  • Highly organized and comfortable reading performance data.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and with marketing and creative partners.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster while applying judgment to avoid generic, AI-generated content.
  • Understand, or be willing to quickly learn, healthcare marketing rules, including HIPAA, patient privacy, appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments.
