About The Position

DrHouse is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and manage social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of the company’s services. The role involves learning the business and its audiences, developing campaign ideas, creating content, managing engagement, and using performance data to improve results. Performance is measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The manager owns social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. The role develops campaigns tied to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintains a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. It also includes creating everyday posts in Canva, helping shape the company’s social look and feel, and contributing to UGC and creator strategy, particularly for TikTok and Instagram. Additional creative support may be brought in for advanced design, animation, or video editing, while the manager remains responsible for ideas, direction, and day-to-day execution. The manager actively engages relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences; tests content and campaigns; tracks performance weekly; recommends what to scale, change, or stop; and identifies top content for potential paid promotion. The role requires understanding or quickly learning healthcare marketing requirements, including HIPAA and appropriate health claims, and escalating content or comments when needed. Some content requires compliance review before publication. This is a remote, part-time role of up to 25 hours per week, with regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours. The company expects the role to be close to 25 hours per week during the first several months while campaigns and processes are built.

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and with marketing and creative partners.
