About The Position

DrHouse is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and manage social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of the company’s telehealth services. The role involves learning the business and its audiences, developing campaign ideas, creating content, managing engagement, and using performance data to improve results. Performance is measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The manager owns social channels including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. They develop campaigns connected to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintain a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. They create everyday content using Canva, templates, existing assets, carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video, while helping develop the UGC and creator strategy. The role also includes setting the social look and feel, engaging with relevant accounts and communities, testing content ideas, tracking weekly performance, recommending what to scale or change, and flagging content for paid promotion. The manager owns ideas, direction, and day-to-day execution; additional creative support may be used for advanced design, animation, or video editing. The position requires understanding or quickly learning healthcare marketing rules, including HIPAA and appropriate health claims. Some content requires compliance review before publication. The schedule is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours. The role is expected to be close to 25 hours per week during the first several months.
