About The Position

DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and own social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of its services. The manager will learn the business and its audiences, develop campaign ideas, create content, manage engagement, and use performance data to improve results. Performance will be measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The role manages Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. It develops campaigns aligned with business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintains a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. The manager creates everyday content in Canva and helps establish the social look and feel, owning content ideas, direction, and day-to-day execution. Additional creative support may be brought in for advanced design, animation, or video editing. The manager also helps develop the UGC and creator strategy, engages with relevant accounts and communities, tests content and campaign ideas, and tracks performance weekly to recommend what to scale, change, or stop. The role requires understanding or quickly learning healthcare marketing rules, including HIPAA, appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments. Some content requires compliance review before publishing. Regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours is required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing social accounts with results beyond follower counts and running campaigns from idea to results.
  • Excellent written English and strong social copywriting skills.
  • Strong Canva skills, good visual judgment, and short-form video experience.
  • Highly organized and comfortable reading performance data.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently and with marketing and creative partners.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to work faster while exercising judgment to avoid generic, AI-generated content.
  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is required.
  • Able to regularly overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels.
  • Develop social campaigns tied to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends.
  • Build and maintain a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar.
  • Generate content ideas and write hooks, captions, and post copy.
  • Create everyday Canva posts using templates, existing assets, carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video.
  • Help build the UGC and creator strategy, especially for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Engage with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences.
  • Test ideas to increase reach, website traffic, and conversion.
  • Track performance weekly, recommend what to scale, change, or stop, and flag top content for paid promotion.
  • Help set the social look and feel, including templates and content formats, and own the idea, direction, and day-to-day execution.
  • Learn and follow healthcare marketing rules, including patient privacy, appropriate health claims, and escalation of content or comments; coordinate compliance review where needed.
