About The Position

DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and manage social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of its services. The role involves learning the business and its audiences, developing campaign ideas, creating content, managing engagement, and using performance data to improve results. Performance is measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The manager owns social activity across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. The role includes developing campaigns tied to business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends; maintaining a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar; and creating everyday posts in Canva with templates, existing assets, carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video. The manager will help develop the UGC and creator strategy, especially for TikTok and Instagram, and actively engage with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences. They will test ideas, track performance weekly, recommend what to scale, change, or stop, and identify top content for paid promotion. The role helps establish the social look and feel, including templates and content formats. The manager is expected to produce most everyday posts independently in Canva and own the idea, direction, and day-to-day execution; additional creative support may be used for advanced design, animation, or video editing. The manager should understand or be willing to quickly learn healthcare marketing rules, including patient privacy (HIPAA), appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments. Some content will require compliance review before publication. The schedule requires regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours.
