About The Position

DrHouse, a growing U.S. telehealth company, is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Social Media Marketing Manager to build and own social campaigns that drive awareness, website traffic, new patients, and use of its services. The manager will learn the business and its audiences, bring forward campaign ideas, create content, manage engagement, and use performance data to improve results. Performance will be measured by growth, meaningful engagement, and conversion. The role manages Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, creating B2B content for LinkedIn and consumer content for the other channels. It develops campaigns aligned with business priorities, seasonal moments, audience needs, and trends, and maintains a rolling 30-day content and campaign calendar. The manager generates ideas and writes hooks, captions, and post copy, and produces everyday content in Canva using templates, existing assets, carousels, user-generated content, and simple short-form video. The role also helps build a UGC and creator strategy, particularly for TikTok and Instagram, and actively engages with relevant accounts, creators, communities, partners, and B2B audiences. The manager tests ideas to improve reach, website traffic, and conversion; tracks performance weekly; recommends what to scale, change, or stop; and flags top content for paid promotion. They help set the social look and feel, including templates and content formats, and own ideas, direction, and day-to-day execution. Additional creative support may be brought in for advanced design, animation, or video editing. The candidate should understand or be willing to quickly learn healthcare marketing rules, including HIPAA and patient privacy, appropriate health claims, and when to escalate content or comments. Some content requires compliance review before publication. The schedule requires regular overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours. Applicants should provide a brief introduction and two to three examples of social content or campaigns they personally helped create, and review DrHouse's website and social channels before interviewing. No formal presentation is required.
