You’ll help shape how our ice cream brands show up across social, building the data and insights engine behind work that stops scrolls and taps into culture. Working at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and culture, you’ll uncover the trends that inspire content while developing the measurement frameworks that track performance and impact. You’ll establish and own how success is measured - from building frameworks and benchmarks, to setting up dashboards and social listening tools, to delivering a regular cadence of cultural and performance reporting. This role is focused on connecting what’s happening in culture with how brands respond on social, translating audience behavior, platform shifts, and performance data into insights that inform content, campaigns, and creative direction.
