About The Position

Our Social Media Analysts execute Sentry’s social media content strategies. As a Social Media Analyst, you will strategically plan, execute, optimize, and conduct reporting for advertising campaigns across social media channels. You will engage with social audiences while responding and delegating social questions or complaints internally for review. Utilize organic and insight features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other leading social platforms to provide insight on performance. Analyze online conversations with an emphasis on social listening and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams. Monitor and respond to social reviews on Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp, Google My Business, Glassdoor, etc. Frequently review and update social accounts and review listings across platforms. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide recommendations on digital strategies that align with offline and online marketing programs and support business unit objectives. Maintain organization of all upcoming social media plans within a calendar. Participate in planning monthly organic content.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or related field, or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
  • Experience utilizing organic features within Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency in using social media publishing tools to monitor or schedule content.
  • Ability to think strategically and align marketing plans with business objectives
  • Experience with social listening and brand monitoring.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to set priorities, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
