About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances customers’ in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling, engaging environment centered on the customer. Sleep Experts help customers find mattresses and improve their sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
• Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Stay aware of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Use social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
