About The Position
The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center. Sleep Experts help customers find the right mattress and get better sleep while building customer relationships and supporting sales performance. The position includes a competitive pay range of $62,000 to $76,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience; eligible roles may also receive additional bonus opportunities at the Company's discretion.
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships and create an environment where the customer is always at the center.
- Provide customers with technical and product knowledge and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
- Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
