About The Position

The Sleep Expert elevates and enhances the customer's in-store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role executes Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools and supports a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center. Sleep Experts help customers find suitable mattresses and improve their sleep while contributing to individual sales performance and company initiatives. Spanish is preferred.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship; proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving customer issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and competitor services.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50 or more pounds.
