About The Position

Carvana is hiring a mid-level Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician with at least three years of professional automotive PDR experience. The technician accesses vehicle panels, uses glue-pulling techniques, and repairs smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels. The role is based in one of Carvana’s high-tech vehicle inspection centers and uses state-of-the-art tools. Carvana offers training programs for employees entering in entry-level positions, with the opportunity for skills and pay to progress. The position includes a $4,000 bonus, competitive wages, and employee perks. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Experience accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller dents on steel and aluminum panels.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Pass a complete background check.
