About The Position

Carvana is seeking an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to work at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician will repair dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques, perform hail repair, and repair creases, body lines, and larger-sized dents. Applicants must be at least 18, have a valid driver’s license, be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and pass a background check. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
