About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians with at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience. The technician works in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center, repairing vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques and performing hail, crease, body-line, and larger-dent repairs on both steel and aluminum. Carvana describes itself as a fast-growing used automotive retailer and operates vehicle Reconditioning Centers where cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before being listed on its website. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Pass a complete background check.
