About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for its vehicle reconditioning operations. The Mid-Level PDR Technician is expected to access vehicle panels, use glue-pulling techniques, and repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum panels. The role uses state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech Inspection Center. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skills and pay progression. The position pays $33–$41 per hour and includes a $8,000 bonus as stated in the job title. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs to support customer delivery commitments. Work takes place in a fast-paced production environment and may involve exposure to excessive heat or cold.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Successful completion of a background check is required.
