About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician for its Blue Mound, Texas location. The technician will work in a high-tech vehicle Inspection Center, using advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Applicants must have at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience. The role offers a competitive wage and a $8,000 sign-on bonus, along with company benefits and reimbursement programs. The work takes place in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may involve exposure to excessive heat or cold. Employees must be able to operate vehicle equipment and tools, lift up to 60 pounds independently, and use required safety equipment. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Employment is contingent on passing a background check; the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
