About The Position

Carvana is hiring experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to work in its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. Technicians repair vehicle panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques and perform hail repair, crease and body-line repair, and repairs to larger dents on steel and aluminum panels. The posting also mentions training programs for entry-level hires, although this role seeks technicians with at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience. The work takes place in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may involve exposure to heat or cold. Employees must be able to work mandatory overtime when business needs require it. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, with possible exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
