Carvana is hiring a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician to repair vehicle dents at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires professional automotive PDR experience, including accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to support skill and pay progression. Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Experience accessing panels, using glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check; some positions may also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
