About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced paintless dent repair technician to work at one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves repairing dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels, including using advanced glue-pulling techniques, repairing hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents. Carvana also offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress. The position is listed as second shift, Monday through Thursday. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience for the experienced technician role.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
