About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced Auto Body Repair Technician to perform bodywork on multiple vehicle panels at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The work includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area, heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. The posting describes the role as Monday through Thursday and notes that mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Technicians work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and may be exposed to heat or cold.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive heat or cold.
• Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
• The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
