About The Position

Carvana is seeking an Auto Body Repair Technician to perform substantial bodywork on multiple vehicle panels at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. Work includes heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork, including Bondo repair. The position offers training programs for entry-level employees, with skills and pay progressing alongside the company. Candidates must be able to work mandatory overtime when required by business needs and meet the role’s physical, safety, age, and licensing requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
• Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.
