About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Auto Body Repair Technician to perform professional automotive bodywork in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves repairs across multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area, heavy bodywork such as Bondo repair. Technicians use state-of-the-art tools in a fast-paced production environment. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees to help their skills and pay progress.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may require a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
