About The Position

Deer Valley Resort is hiring seasonal Skier Services Reservation Agents for Winter 2026–27. Agents reserve winter Skier Services products by phone, including ski school classes, ski rentals, childcare, and private lessons. They communicate services, policies, and procedures to guests, accurately process reservations, complete office and reservation-related tasks, handle demanding guest situations professionally, and support teamwork.

The role pays $21.00 per hour. The start date is October 19, 2026, or November 9, 2026, with employment through March 31, 2027. The position includes two weeks of on-site, Monday–Friday training, followed by either a full-time schedule of four days per week or a part-time schedule of three days per week. Training and the probationary period take place on-site at Snow Park Lodge through early December; afterward, agents may work 50% on-site and 50% remotely. Seven-day-per-week availability is required, and agents must attend training before the season opens.

Requirements

• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional knowledge of PC-based computer systems and the ability to master multiple new programs and informational platforms.
• Ability to multitask while operating computer and phone systems.
• Flexible schedule with availability seven days per week.
• Must attend training sessions before the season opens.
• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Communicate departmental services, policies, and procedures to guests in a professional manner.
• Accurately book reservations with great attention to detail.
• Assist with office and reservation-related tasks and complete assigned daily duties in a timely and accurate manner.
• Handle demanding situations with guests calmly and professionally.
• Help maintain and encourage a sense of teamwork among coworkers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
