About The Position

U-Haul is seeking a team-oriented, results-focused Reservation Agent who provides outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, the role supports customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution. The position is located at 790 SW 12th Ave, Pompano Beach, Florida 33069. The stated schedule is Friday 3–8 PM, Saturday 2–7 PM, and Sunday 9 AM–5 PM. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship. U-Haul does not hire or re-hire nicotine product users in Florida and other listed states, consistent with applicable state law.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones, phone etiquette, Microsoft Word, and email.
• Proficiency in customer service, time management, and multitasking.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Direct incoming customer equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.
• Review reports that support effective placement of equipment, customer reservations, and contracts, and help maintain equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
