About The Position

A Guest Services Agent's main objective is to ensure guest, owner, and employee satisfaction at the front desk by fulfilling the Deer Valley Difference and providing unparalleled attention to detail and a genuine pledge to service excellence. The position is based at one of Deer Valley's lodging properties, depending on operational needs. This is a seasonal position for Winter 2026–27, with employment dates from November 30, 2026, through April 18, 2027. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written communication.
General understanding of computers and computer operating systems.
Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
Self-motivated.

Knowledge of the Park City area.

Responsibilities

Check guests and owners in and out of lodges.
Perform concierge duties, including making reservations for restaurants and activities.
Assist guests with reasonable requests.
Settle guest balances upon departure.
Handle credit card transactions.
Give guests and owners directions, information, and instructions.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
