About The Position

Ski Butlers is hiring seasonal Ski Technicians in Jackson Hole, with full-time and part-time roles available. Technicians interact with customers by delivering rental equipment to their accommodations, providing on-mountain support, and picking up equipment when rental periods end. The role emphasizes customer service, clear communication, sound equipment selection, accountability, and teamwork. No previous experience is required. Weekend and holiday work is expected, and daily operations are divided into morning and evening shifts. Pay is $18 per hour base wage, plus tips.

Responsibilities

• Complete scheduled and reactive ski and snowboard rental fittings.
• Arrive for scheduled deliveries within five minutes of the agreed-upon time.
• Set clear expectations with customers about the full scope of service.
• Select appropriate equipment for each guest based on their skills and current resort conditions.
• Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
• Bring scheduled returns back to the shop, sanitize and re-sticker equipment, and tune it for its next use.
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
• Pack orders for future delivery.
• Set up the next shift and future team members for success.
• Perform basic ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
• Make and answer customer phone calls with a positive and inviting tone.
• Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
