About The Position

Ski Butlers is hiring Ski Technicians for its rental delivery operation at Telluride Ski Resort. Technicians are the face of Ski Butlers and interact with customers by delivering rental equipment to their accommodations, providing on-mountain support, and picking up equipment at the end of the rental period. The role is designed to help team members build decision-making, accountability, and professional skills while contributing to a collaborative team environment. The work includes scheduled and reactive ski and snowboard fittings, customer support, equipment pickup and preparation, delivery-vehicle upkeep, and order packing. Daily operations are organized into morning and evening shifts. Weekend and holiday work is expected. Full-time and part-time seasonal roles are available. Pay is $18 per hour plus tips. Subsidized housing in Mountain Village may be available to select new hires.

No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Complete scheduled and reactive ski and snowboard rental fittings.
Arrive within five minutes of the agreed-upon delivery time.
Set clear customer expectations about the scope of service.
Select appropriate equipment for each guest based on their skills and current resort conditions.
Provide equipment support to guests within 45 minutes.
Return scheduled pickups to the shop, sanitize and re-sticker the equipment, and tune it for its next use.
Maintain delivery-vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels.
Pack orders for future delivery.
Set up the next shift and future team members for success.
Perform basic ski and snowboard tuning, waxing, and general equipment maintenance.
Make and answer customer phone calls in a positive and inviting manner.
Restock delivery vehicles with extra equipment.
