About The Position

This hybrid role combines on-site customer support responsibilities with branch warehouse operations. The Site Support (Hybrid) position will spend approximately 50% of time at customer locations delivering front-line service and 50% supporting internal warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role requires flexibility, strong customer focus, and the ability to adapt between environments to meet business and customer needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems (Prophet 21 preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with internal departments.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, scheduling, and product delivery.
  • Accurately enter quotes and orders using ERP system (Prophet 21).
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism.
  • Support and utilize automated and semi-automated systems (e.g., vending machines, wireless warehouse solutions)
  • Monitor and maintain customer-specific inventory levels, including Min/Max and safety stock.
  • Act as a liaison between Account Managers, Specialists, Customer Experience, and other departments.
  • Follow all customer-specific guidelines, safety procedures, and on-sire requirements.
  • Continuously build knowledge of Stellar products, services, and programs.
  • Accurately pick, pack and process customer orders and transfers using ERP and warehouse systems.
  • Prepare shipments with proper documentation, labeling, and carrier systems (e.g., UPS)
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory and purchase orders.
  • Put away stock in designated warehouse locations in a timely and organized manner.
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts, as trained) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet branch operation goals.
  • Communicate proactively with leadership regarding issues, delays, or improvement opportunities.
