This role serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating communication across the site, managing travel logistics, maintaining databases, and coordinating site access. The coordinator also handles drafting communications, assisting with new employee onboarding, managing personnel records, organizing training, performing data research and reporting, interfacing with the FOCUS Center and installation staff, reviewing work orders, and serving as the site environmental health and safety officer.
