About The Position

AICA Orthopedics is hiring a Site Coordinator to lead daily clinic operations at one of our 21 metro Atlanta locations. Base salary $50,000–$55,000 plus performance bonus. You are accountable for patient flow, staff performance, front desk execution, and patient experience. Scope varies by location: Smaller clinics: you are the senior on-site leader, operating independently with remote Practice Manager support Larger clinics: you own daily operations alongside an on-site Practice Manager Who We're Looking For We hire from two directions — experienced front desk leads ready to step into their first formal leadership role, and clinic supervisors or medical office leads from other organizations. The profile is the same either way: Direct and consistent with your team — you give feedback and follow through Steady in a high-volume, fast-paced clinical environment Able to coordinate both administrative and clinical staff coverage simultaneously Familiar with personal injury or orthopedic patient populations, or ready to learn quickly Our clinics serve personal injury patients and our front desk staff cross-train as therapy technicians. Requirements

  • 2+ years of medical front desk or clinic operations experience
  • 1+ year supervising or leading a team in a clinical setting — formal title or demonstrated responsibility both count
  • EMR proficiency; NextGen preferred
  • Strong organizational skills in a high-volume environment

Nice To Haves

  • Orthopedic, multi-specialty, or personal injury clinic experience
  • Clinic-level KPI tracking and reporting experience
  • Bilingual English and Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Manage patient flow and staff positioning to keep the clinic on schedule
  • Oversee front desk accuracy — scheduling, insurance, check-in, and collections
  • First point of escalation for patient concerns and operational issues
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and AICA operational standards
  • Supervise and coach front desk and clinical support staff daily
  • Manage schedules, coverage, and new hire training
  • Give direct feedback and hold your team to a clear standard
  • Track daily KPIs — visit volume, wait times, collection rates — and act on what you see
  • Maintain patient experience standards at every interaction
  • Keep your Practice Manager informed on performance trends and operational needs
