About The Position

Focused on the support, maintenance and operations of IT systems and related technologies. Effectively troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis in an attempt to resolve incidents by providing professional, courteous, timely and dependable communication with team assistance as needed. Requirements

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis
Education: Pursuing a degree in an IT field
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
