About The Position

The Site Support Coordinator (Journeyman) position is an onsite role located in Hohenfels, Germany. This role serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating communication across the site and is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational support functions. Key duties include managing travel logistics for employees, inputting and updating information in various databases, and coordinating site access control, including badging and escorting. The coordinator will also draft and edit various communications, assist with new employee onboarding, and maintain accurate personnel, security, and recall roster records. Furthermore, the role involves organizing employee training sessions, performing research and data compilation for reports, and interfacing with the FOCUS Center and installation staff. A critical component of the position is reviewing work orders for device malfunctions, identifying potential impacts on CPF (Critical Path Failure), and planning mitigation strategies. Additionally, the Site Support Coordinator will serve as the site's environmental health and safety officer.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with a Bachelor's (BA/BS) degree OR
  • 1+ year of experience with a Master's (MA/MS) degree OR
  • 4+ years of experience with an Associate's (AA) degree OR
  • 6+ years of experience with no degree.
  • Experience in serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating communication across the site.
  • Experience in arranging and managing travel logistics for employees.
  • Experience in inputting and updating information in databases and the InSITE, maintaining accurate and current data.
  • Experience in coordinating access control to the site including badging, system access, and escorting.
  • Experience in drafting and editing minutes, documents, letters, and other communications.
  • Experience in assisting in the onboarding process for new employees, facilitating a smooth integration into the team.
  • Experience in keeping accurate and up-to-date personnel, security and recall roster records.
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions, supporting the professional development of the team.
  • Experience in performing research, collection, collation, and compilation of data, preparing reports and interpreting findings.
  • Experience in interfacing with the FOCUS Center and installation staff.
  • Experience in reviewing work orders on devices that are down, identifying if the site will miss CPF and planning for mitigation.
  • Experience in serving as the site environmental health and safety officer.
  • Secret Clearance.
