The Site Support Coordinator (Journeyman) position is an onsite role located in Hohenfels, Germany. This role serves as the primary point of contact for coordinating communication across the site and is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational support functions. Key duties include managing travel logistics for employees, inputting and updating information in various databases, and coordinating site access control, including badging and escorting. The coordinator will also draft and edit various communications, assist with new employee onboarding, and maintain accurate personnel, security, and recall roster records. Furthermore, the role involves organizing employee training sessions, performing research and data compilation for reports, and interfacing with the FOCUS Center and installation staff. A critical component of the position is reviewing work orders for device malfunctions, identifying potential impacts on CPF (Critical Path Failure), and planning mitigation strategies. Additionally, the Site Support Coordinator will serve as the site's environmental health and safety officer.
