About The Position

The Site Supervisor/Group Home Manager leads and supports staff and residents across group homes, apartments, and outreach settings. The role models high-quality, person-centered care, coordinates services, and oversees individualized plans and household operations. The position is based in Warwick, Rhode Island, with work in residential homes and community settings throughout the state; use of a personal vehicle for transportation is required as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct support services.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate mindset and commitment to dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor residential staff.
• Foster a positive, person-centered environment.
• Ensure implementation of individual support and safety plans.
• Assist with personal care and model direct support practices.
• Oversee house operations, including scheduling, maintenance, and budgeting.
• Participate in staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Support residents’ life planning and community engagement.
