About The Position

The Site Supervisor/Group Home Manager leads and supports staff and residents across group homes, apartments, and outreach settings. The role involves modeling excellent, person-centered care; coordinating services; implementing individualized support and safety plans; and overseeing household operations. The position requires flexibility to work in residential homes and community settings throughout Rhode Island, with use of a personal vehicle for transportation as needed. The listed schedule totals 40 hours: Sunday 3 p.m.–11 p.m., Monday 3 p.m.–9 p.m., Tuesday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., and Wednesday 3 p.m.–9 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of experience in direct support services.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate mindset and commitment to dignity, choice, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor residential staff.
